General Site Rules
- AI Prohibition: You may NOT use our services or site to train AI. This includes all uploaded characters, art, and images.
- Conduct: You may NOT use our site to harass, stalk, or endanger others.
- Content Safety: You may NOT upload hateful art or characters. While we are an archive site, we prioritize the safety of our community.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years old to join OCARMY.
- Hate Speech: Do not post hate speech, ship discourse content, political content, racism, LGBT-phobia, or other hateful topics.
Banning Policy: If you are banned, we will keep your works and characters uploaded for proper recovery, but we will revoke your permissions for uploading. Your profile will only be visible to you.
Art & Characters
- Art may be uploaded provided proper credit is given to the original creator.
- You may NOT archive other users' art or characters if they have been banned.
- No AI Content: You MAY NOT upload AI generated images, or put existing characters into AI generators.
- NSFW/Suggestive Content: You MAY NOT upload suggestive or NSFW art of underage, feral, or otherwise non-consenting characters (real or fictional).
- Kinsonas and inspired characters are allowed with proper credit!
Adoptables
- You MAY NOT upload adopts you do not own or did not create.
- You MAY upload adopts you have owned previously if they are hosted off-site or if the creator does not have an OCARMY account.
- Inspired / CBC (Character-Based Character) adopts are permitted with proper credit.
- You MAY NOT make adopts based on existing OCs unless given explicit permission by the original creator.
Commissions
- Restricted Payment/Services: You MAY NOT advertise commissions that accept payment through or for: Genshin Impact, Identity V, Honkai Star Rail, Streaming Subscriptions, or Toyhou.se Pro Subscriptions.
- Terminology: You MAY NOT advertise "Free Commissions." These must be titled Art Requests (note: this is a formatting rule, not a bannable offense).
- You MAY NOT advertise NSFW commissions on the site.
